It’s that time of year where we need to collect Chromebooks and Chargers!
In order to prepare for returning the devices, beginning on Monday, May 10th, we will be assessing every student’s computer. During this assessment, we will be checking for any/all damages and the overall state of the computer then billing for any issues we find. Please see below for an overview of our repair fees. All fees must be paid by Monday, May 24th in order for 8th Grade students to be eligible for promotion activities. All fees for 6th & 7th Graders must be paid by Friday, May 28th. Students with outstanding fees will not be issued a device for the 2021-2022 School Year.
On-Campus students will turn their Chromebooks and chargers during class on 5/20, 5/24, or 5/25 depending upon their grade level. Devices do not go with students into the next grade so they must be returned at this time. 8th Grade Students will not be eligible for promotion activities until all devices are returned and fees paid.
For our Brick2Click families, please see the schedule below to select the best option for your family to return your school-issued devices. Although we do need to collect devices prior to the last day of school, students will still be provided work to complete in their classes. More information on what this looks like will be shared as we get closer to the end of the year. We will assess B2C Devices and bill when the devices are returned so if you know there is damage, please be prepared to pay for the repair/replacement fees at this time.
